Team Edgmont

Randy Bates has been involved with the Edgmont Republican Party for over 30 years. After his father's death in 1982, Randy began volunteering at the voting polls. In the early 90's, Randy was elected as the Committeeman and served at the old Gradyville Firehouse. When the township was split into two precincts, Randy became the 2nd precinct committeeman. Randy was elected three times to the position of Constable for Edgmont, a position now held by his son, Drew. A lifelong resident of Edgmont Township, Randy and his wife Anne raised 6 children on their farm and now have 19 grandchildren, all but two living in Edgmont. Randy served on the Township Planning Commission for ten years and  served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Supervisors. Randy is the Republican leader and Precinct 2 Committeeman

Coleen Murphy Fickes is a longtime resident of Edgmont Township, after her family relocated to the area in 1984.  She graduated from Penncrest High School and  is now raising her own family in the Rose Tree Media School District.  Coleen is involved in the community and has volunteered as a business member for the Edgmont Township Fire Company for the past 20 years, serving on various committees as well as holding the position of Secretary.  She has also spent time assisting at her children's schools and booster groups for their extracurricular activities, including Rose Tree Colts and Optimist Lacrosse.  Coleen and her husband Jeff have two children currently attending Penncrest High School.  Coleen is the Committeewoman for Precinct 2 
 

Ryan Richards grew up in Edgmont Township, and lives here with his wife Alyssa and children Ella, Tristan, Delcan and Eva. He attended the Rose Tree Media public schools, graduating from Penncrest in 2008. In addition, Ryan earned a degree in Construction Management, and has worked for Delcora for the past 6 years. Ryan enjoys fishinf, snowboarding, and cheering on his children's teams.. Ryan is the Edgmont Township Committeeman for Precint 1 and also one of the Township Auditors 

“Dr Andreia Pierce made her way from Brazil to the US at the age of 17. She lived in Texas for several years, relocating to Missouri for some time, she finally making her way to beautiful Pennsylvania in January of 2018. Andreia earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Texas Health Science Center, After which she served as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She is a National Director, Medical Affairs at AstraZeneca in Wilmington, DE but her passion for politics has her serving as the Political Action Committee Champion on behalf of the Medical Affairs group, raising awareness of the role politics plays in our everyday work and lives. Her interest in public service can be traced back to her childhood, where she would often join her father on TV and on the radio as he interviewed a number of public personalities in Brazil. Andreia’s husband is a US Navy Veteran, and together with their 8-yr old son they are thrilled to call Edgmont Township home.” Dr. pierce is the Committeewoman for Precinct 1.
